Today, Michael Pascual, J.D., began as ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ Chief Operating Officer. The new Leadership Team member brings a wealth of experience in higher education administration to ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ.  

“We are thrilled to welcome Michael Pascual to the ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ family,” said ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ President Dr. David Livingston. “His extensive experience in higher education administration, coupled with his strong leadership skills, will be invaluable as we continue to advance our mission of providing an exceptional education to our students.” 

Most recently, Pascual served as the Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Business Officer at within the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), the nation's largest two-year community college system. Since June 2021, Pascual has been a key executive leader at LACCD, overseeing various administrative and operational functions. 

Prior to his role at LACCD, Pascual held various leadership positions in the public and private sectors. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California Price School of Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Briar Cliff University. 

Pascual will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational functions at ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ, including finance, facilities management, human resources, and information technology. He will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the university’s growth and success.
