Army ROTC
- 4-year award for incoming first-year
- 3-year and 2-year awards for current ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ students or transfer students
- Full tuition
- ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ University full room and board scholarship (limitations apply)
- Monthly stipends ranging from $300-$500 (depending on grade level)
- Additional allowances for books and other fees

Air Force ROTC
- 4-year and 3-year awards for new first-year
- 3-year and 2-year awards for current ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ students or transfer students
- $18,000 – full tuition per year
- ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ University full room and board scholarship (limitations apply)
- Monthly stipends ranging from $300-$500 (depending on grade level)
