Why you became an RLC: I am passionate about enhancing a positive learning experience and creating an inclusive living environment for students. I believe that my background in athletics and internships, in terms of collaboration and administration will allow me to support a safe and engaging campus community, as well as departmental initiatives. Additionally, the Residence Life department provides resources for team members to excel in communication and education.

Why you became an RLC: I became an RLC to help support the Reslife team and guide the RAs through training and difficult situations that will arise. I look forward to working with those equally passionate to support their residents academically, socially, and mentally that provide them with the best experience possible at ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ. As an RLC I strive to build a community that is safe and welcoming to all.

Why you became an RLC: To engage and connect with the campus environment at ÃÛÑ¿ÊÓƵ, whilst creating a safe and supportive community for the students on campus. I will work alongside my fellow RLC's and RA's collaboratively to ensure the best possible living experience is provided within the residence halls on campus.
