    Residency Exemption

    The Residency Exemption Application must be received by July 1st to be considered.

    Exemption Forms can be turned in one of three ways:

    1. Emailed to Reslife@lewisu.edu
    2. Mailed to:

      Office of Residence Life
      One University Pkwy, Unit # 280
      Romeoville, IL 60446
    3. Submitted in person to the Office of Residence Life during business hours
